I have a new printer for NS124 that I just 
unboxed and I believe it is to replace the one 
with problems in this task.  It is by my desk 
with config page and invoice, contact on the 
order is Piper Mueller-Warrant

The printers in NS 124 & NS 204 are having problems.
 
I put in a service request about a month ago for
the printer in NS 124 (WOU ID # 20040872). It has
periodically been misfeeding paper, from both the
bottom tray & the override tray.
 
We have a more acute problem with the HP Laserjet
2300n printer in NS 204 (WOU ID #20040431). It is
lab printer that students should be able to print
to; but it has had several of paper jams over the
last 2 days. After the last time the paper jam was
removed, it didn't like the way the print
cartridge was put back in, and says that it needs
a new print cartridge.
 Can you check & see if it actually needs a new
print cartridge & replace it if it does?

Hello,
 
The printer in NS 124 seems to be having some issues.
Probably every-other print job or so, it gets
paper jams or misfeeds from its paper tray. Maybe
the rotors are wearing out or sticking?
 
Also, print jobs sent there seem to be frequently
failing or timing out before they print.
 
Its WOU # is 20040872[Edit Inv], it is an HP Laserjet 2430.
