I worked on these printers on Friday.  Their
default setups were messed up.  They are both back
up and running now.

Student called in and said that no one can print 
to the printers in the WUC lab, both 20080293[Edit Inv] and 
20080294[Edit Inv].  It sounds like 0294 also needs toner 
so I'll create a task for the lab attendant to 
replace the toner in the one to see if that helps.
