He called back and said that he is able to print 
to other printers around campus but still not to 
his office printer and it's becoming an 
inconvience.

says his office printer is displayed on his drop
down menu but is unable to print. says he does not
get a pop up window saying the job has been sent.
the printer does not display any error message.
