she needs the wireless ready for her to be able 
to use skype for a conference call on friday. the 
call is on friday at 4pm but she would like it 
earlier so she can use wireless.

The computer 20060483[Edit Inv] is the target to get the
wireless service.  But, Windows is telling her
that the wireless switch is turned off.

Her office hours are 1p3p, but she's in the
writing center, so she's available all day.
