that was in regards to not getting an internet

Hi, this is Gabe with UCS.  I went to your office
earlier this morning and i was able to log into
your computer.  It seems that you are connected to
the internet.  If you can give us a call back at
ext. 88925 to let us know if your drives and
everything else show up.  If they still don't, we
will have a tech come by to fix this problem for you.

She isn't able to access the internet and unable 
to access network drives

She can't get an internet connection, had her
reboot and she said that didn't fix the problem.
