Students don't have administrator privileges. SEP
laptops are not signed up for wireless on campus.
She shouldnt need admin rights

computer from the Student Enrichment Program and 
has it set up at home in salem and she isn't able 
to access their local wireless network, error 
message requesting administrative access before 
she can pick up the network
