searched the computer for the missing grades and
coudn't find them.  I don't know if it had
anything to do with was she did. i checked the
recycle bin and still couldn't find them.  She
said it was fine she will just start saving to her
h: drive.

everything on her desktop is missing now. but the 
most important thing she is worried about is her 
grades that are missing on the desktop. she is 
wondering how to get them back.

She had 6 or 7 viruses on her sytem.  Cleaned them
off. Installed Malware bytes, spybot, spyware
blaster. ran scans with sophos, malware, and
spybot.  Everything works fine now. Computer ran
over night and no blue screen.

she said the message is still on her screen and 
she is unable to do any work still. and she sent 
this request in last week.
She wants to know if there is another computer 
that she can use in the mean time while her 
computer wont work. she said that she is nto able 
to check her emails or any class stuff to get 
ready to teach. she is really frustrated at this 
point.

A problem has been detected and windows has been 
shut down to prevent damage to your computer 
SPCMDCOM.SYS FILE. Now she can't use the computer 
at all. She won't be in tomorrow but someone will 
be around to let a tech in.

She believes she got a virus all her desktop 
icons have disappeared, and she repeatedly gets 
error messages that say firewall has blocked you 
from accessing an internet program, and that her 
computer is currently un-protected.
