she said this morning when she came into work 
that she had some norton software that needed to 
be updated and so she did the update and then 
restarted the computer, and now it says windows 
has been shut down to prevent further damage to 
your computer. it also says that if this is the 
first time you've seen the stop error screen, 
restart your compter. it says to open in safe 
mode to check the software or hardware.  

She said she will leave that screen up until 
someone comes and she can not do any work right 
now or until someone comes over.
