Issues, as described below.  Re-imaged the new
machine and upgraded her old machine to 10.5.8 to
run Migration Assistant.  Things worked somewhat
better this time.  I still had to register a
non-user for Entourage (Office 2008) and register
Office.  Also, some of the icons on the dock
showed up as question marks.

Office 2008 isn't working properly within her
login; it wants to configure an identity for
Entarage and Office 2004.  With this and the dock
not working correctly, I've decided to re-image
the machine, upgrade her old machine to 10.5 and
try the Migration Assistant again.  I believe
that, for some reason, the applications were
migrated when I ran the Migration Assistant with
the old machine running 10.4.

Laptop delivered.  Three issues to resolve; I'll
meet with her at 10 am Friday.

1) Install Boinks or Boinkz.  She doesn't have a CD.

2) Can't drag items to the dock; existing items
won't move to create space and new items can't be
inserted.

3) Remote Desktop.  Two versions (possibly the
Migration Assistant moved something with an older
version) and can't connect to anything with
wireless (probably because of security).  Need to
make sure she has the latest version of RDC.

Machine imaged, updated and bound to MASH.  Mary
has logged in (thus creating her account) and I
have installed Adobe CS4.

This is a 13 inch MacBook with Snow Leopard, it
gets Office 2008 for MAC and Adobe CS4 Web Premium
and InDesign CS4 for MAC, It will be on counter in
ITC 008 with GFA setup form, She has addt'l
software that she has purchased on her own that
she may ask for assistance with as we are not sure
about Snow leopard compatibility but please help
her if she asks.
