Installed VLC player on machine and movie worked
with subtitles. He said if there was a problem he
would call back.

instead of WMP. Waiting for reply back

says he is having problems opening dvd that have
been sent from students. he is an ASL instructor
and needs to be able to open these dvds says he is
having trouble with quick time and windows media
player. 

says he does not know if this issue is the disk
player or something wrong with the program says it
is very blurry.
