I ran CCleaner and cleaned out 880mb of junk. It
didnt improve the Internet Explorer at all so i
got everything running on firefox and updated
firefox to 3.5. Also i added "about:config"
"hacks" to it (http.pipelining=true,
http.pipelining.maxrequests=32,
http.proxy.pipelining=True) and it is working
flawlessly.

called saying she is unable to get into banner,
says sometimes she can but it kicks her out.

says she usually has banner open on two windows
but for some reason it is not letting her do this
anymore, it freezes up on her. sometimes when she
tries to do the test manager it will not open.
says also she is having problems logging into email. 
says it takes her two tries, it asks her to
download something, she just closes that window
and opens it again and usually works the second time.
