The printer was misconfigured on Bart.  The port
was setup as shscolor-dj6940.wou.edu.  I printed
an info page from the printer and found the IP was
140.211.64.50 -- when I did an nslookup on .64.50
it came back as shscolor.wou.edu
Berkley change the printer on Bart, I deleted the
printers on each workstation and had the logout,
then tested.

getting frustrated and really needs this task done

They called back today.
Need it in order to work. It is the only printer 
in their area. 
They did bring a new one. But it doesn’t work 
with their printers.

Called to check in on the task. the printer has a 
few jobs that will not print untill the que has 
been cleared of a job that will not print. Said 
the whole office can not print.

when they try to get onto the computer it is not 
responding to them. he does not know if there is 
a new name that they have to find in the printers 
or if it is the same name as the old on. he also 
wants to know if the department is being charged 
for the new printer or not too.

I reinstalled with the correct drivers for this 
printer.  This should fix the problem.

Her and the student workers at the student health 
center can't print to hpdesk jet6940, HC- 
SHColor, in the health center.
