Sorry Brian!
I went up to take a look – the monitor had been
unplugged from the wall and from the thin client –
I plugged it all back in and it’s working fine.
Go ahead and close this ticket!

Lori,

This service request for the Thin Client in the
alcove has the WOU # for the monitor, and not the
thin client.

I need the WOU # off the thin client itself so we
can reset its session.

Meghan Duey, one of the library student workers
called saying that when the switches were down and
back up one of the thin clients did not reboot
itself. the thin client appears to be frozen
located in the Alcove #9
