I had an exception put into the NAC so it will
work no matter what now. I emailed her letting her
know that she can use her laptop now.

So it is a mac and it is running OS X 10.5.7. What
is happening is every Tuesday when the
CleanAccessAgent needs to authenticate, it cant
because no one is able to log into the laptop. So
when we had it working last week it was because we
were able to log on locally and authenticate with
CAA. So either we need to make an exception or set
her up with a "Mobile Me" account. The wou number
for the laptop is 20081114 and the MAC address for
the wireless card is 00:25:00:42:EC:4A. 

Peggy called to say that wireless still isn't 
working on her laptop and I asked to create a 
task but she said she's had 4 of them on this 
same problem.  I asked if she wanted to bring it 
by and she said she already did and it's still 
not working so she would like help this afternoon 
if someone could go by her office, NPE 115 asap 
this afternoon.
