She is a banner user and will need to have Remote 
Desktop installed and shown how to use it for 
things like a terminal session of BiQuery,  She 
also may need help with connectiing to multiple 
departmental shares, If she has a usb floppy 
drive she can keep that for now to do file 
sharing with a really old mac she has at home 
that she says has no USB ports(that would be an 
antique MAC)  If she doesn't have an external USB 
floppy drive and is relying on the internal drive 
in W#20031212[Edit Inv] or an even older AMC she has kept 
down there W#980138 then we should be able to 
find her one, just ask me.  My hope is to get 
both of these old MACS out of her area and leave 
her with one nice mew one.  Please be prepared to 
answer lots of questions and support her 
transition to a new MAC as she has been weary of 
change in the past.
