Oh, that!  I didn't realize Mike Ross had put in 
an actual request for service on this item.  (I'm 
still learning how things work around here...)
 
So, although I see that you closed it, I wouldn't 
mind getting this issue addressed at some point.

We had a task come in on November 5th that was 
noted that when trying to watch a DVD or load a 
CD the upper DVD tray will not load and it shows 
an error message and then the computer locks 
ups.  It has your contact name and number.

I'll just go ahead and close this task and if we 
can help with anything, just let us know, 8-8925.

When he trys to watch a DVD or load CD the upper

says insert disk. Then his computer gets locked up
