Restarted the computer and it picked up the 4th
monitor.  Everything works fine now.

I have changed out the monitor and the power. the
monitor now turns on but will not bring up a
picture. when you go into the properties to extend
the computers display into the monitor there is
not 4th monitor the extend into.

John Rushing Skyped me letting me know to create a
task for PS. says they have a 19 inch monitor that
went out and he checked the connections and video
card. 

the monitor is for their cameras, it is mounted
using allen headed screws.
