Found printers and should be able to print to 
copier. I am going to double check on monday to 
see if she is able to print from publisher

The student still can't print and it is affecting 
her work. She called to check the status

She is trying to print to from Miscrosoft 
publisher, she can print from any other program. 
She has problems with printer dpTerry house, 
which says it has been disconnected from the 
server, but that only happens on her account.
