When I try to open a docx file, Adobe Acrobat opens and says that it can't open the document that was sent to me. Do I need to also update the version of Adobe Acrobat that I have? Jordan Colton	Nov 18, 2009 04:52 PM	**This is an email** Sharon, The patch to fix the problem with the .docx files can be downloaded from here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=B6D69814-0995-490D-909A-5EC6AE6F64F0&displaylang=en Just download and install that and you should be able to open the files!
