I went and hooked his computer through bart to 
print to ansel. a 2.8MB file took about 2-3 minutes 
to print but he said that was much better than the 1-
2 days he has waited in the past.

I called Cathy and got more info on the printer
ANSEL  it is a HP LaserJet 4100DTN  W#20020044(I
entered that info above)  Lance had told her they
needed to replace it bbecuase it is old but
regardless of its age, Cathy says that the 8 other
staff and faculty who print ot it on a regular
basis are not having a problem.  It is only when
Paul LeJeunesse prints that there is an issue
...The printer is not broken...it is how Paul's
print jobs are being sent.  They need to go over
and do some troubleshooting with Paul LeJeunesse
and his 13" macbook...check out his print
settings, driver, etc.  The answer can't be to
replace a printer that is working fine for 8 other
people without even looking into why jobs from one
user are causing a backup in the queue

The printer Ansel is getting back up when Paul 
Lajeunesse prints he is printing a lot of photos. 
It is taking 15-20 minutes to print. Everyone in 
there printa to that printer and it is causing 
everything there to be slow.
