I went and deleted all of the profiles on each of
the computers. there were about 300 per
machine...then i ran gpupdate and rebooted. So
this should have taken care of the problem

Hi Scott,

Just checking in with you regarding a service 
request (#34999).  It was called in by Keenan 
Kriegel and was referring to the TRCCOLOR 
printer.  It was mentioning that it only allows 
certain people to be able to print.

problem and we'll be happy to help!

This is Keenan Kriegel from the TRC.  Our
computer, #20060172[Edit Inv], only sees our color printer,
TRCCOLOR, with some people's logons.  We'd like
the computer to see the printer for all people who
come in and log on.  Thank you.
