Upon receiving this email, I found that no
technicians were in the office, so I went to take
a look myself.
Irja was not in, but Jeff (neighbor) was.  Jeff
let me into the office, and when I turned on the
computer it immediately started up, logged me in
and surfed the web.  I rebooted it, and had no
issues.  I left the computer on and showed Jeff.


Jeff informed me that the video was not
responding, so I spent some time wiggling the
video cable (which I think may have been shoved up
against that wall) around trying to duplicate the
issue.  I did momentarily, but was really pulling
on it.
I pulled the computer away from the wall a bit, so
that the cables weren't smushed - hopefully it
will all be fine now.

she is very upset and it is day #2, soon to be day
3 without a machine if it is not fixed today.

The whole computer won't turn at all. She needs
someone to get over there today. She isnt able to
work at all her work is backing up. She needs this
looked at today.

can't do any work without her computer

When sh trys to turn on the monitor the green 
light comes on then goes to red. she has no 
picture on the computer, Having trouble turning 
on and off the computer.
