email contains the image of error message. 
blue screen message reads: 

'a problem has been detected and windows has been
shut down to prevent damage to your computer. 
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

if this is the first time you've seen this stop
error screen, restart your computer...'

Hi,

I'm hoping someone can give me a status update on
this task, as it has now eliminated 8 of our
computers during a very busy time.  If it hasn't
already received urgent status, please upgrade it now.
I'm attaching a picture of the screen that comes up.

I am at the reference desk from 5-8 this evening,
if the assigned tech could give me a ring.

I think that Ref 32 was called in with this same
problem, but when I went to check on it, a student
was using it with no problems.

This continues to restart itself, it gives you 
option to open in MS-DOS or regular and she is 
afraid if they start it in regular mode it will 
be susceptible to viruses
