came by today and saying she cannot print out any
documents on the internet.

says when she tries to print an online document
such as Wikipedia the margins are off says it
prints part of the document not all. says this
also happens in Microsoft Word. says the right
hand margin is off. 

also says she is having a hard time shutting the
machine down. says it will not shut down and even
takes until the next day to shut down.
