This is Richard from UCS. I'm e-mailing you about 
a service request that was called in on December 
first. In the request you complained about not 
being able to print pdf documents. I wanted to 
check in and see if this was still a problem for you 
and if so, what printer is it you're having a 
problem with.

Hi Eldon,

We were just checking in with you regarding a 
service request that we have for you (#35118) 
relating not having a machine that will not print 
Adobe pdf documents.

Just checking to see if this has been resolved or 
if we can still be of assistance.  Just let us

They have tried reinstalling the printer, removed 
and reinstalled adobe, looked in shell; Mike Ellis 
did everything. He should be talked to for further 
info.
