I went and got this unstuck for her.  The printer
is printing fine now.

Ambre asked me about this task while I was on the 
phone with her this morning, she was afraid it 
was closed even though it was not fixed because 
the person who came over did not let her now that 
they could do anything more to help her.  I told 
her it was still open and i would talk with Adam 
about it .

the cartriage is stuck in one place and is having
ink come out of the top. having a error say that
there is a possible paper jam
