Galvan is having problem with her computer. The 
screen is black and her computer is on, but 
nothing is showing up on her screen. She said 
this has happened in the past and someone came 
over helped her fix it. She needs to be shown how 
to solve this problem if it happens again she 
says.
available now to noon and 2-4pm today. but any 
collogue or secretary can let tech in as well.
