Printer install successful.  She has a USB hub
plugged into a Mac Mini, not the laptop.  Rather
than sort through her jungle of cables, I just
plugged the printer into the laptop.

Printer install didn't work; something possibly
has changed within Snow Leopard.  I'll work with
Richard to try and resolve.

This will be on counter in ITC008 with invoice, 
since it is replacing an exsisting USB printer I 
am assuming that they have USB cable...the 
Driver/bundled Software can be found at T:\1. 
Drivers\Printer\Epson\Epson Stylus Photo 1400
ask if she wants the Adobe Photoshop Elements 
loaded as I know she has an Adobe suite already
