I went and looked at the printer. It seems to be
getting shadowed images from the disclaimer on the
back of the letter head. Jan is going to try
printing in on as a duplex-ed job and see if it
goes away.

Hi Teresa,

This request was originally submitted on December
9, 2009. You will note that I indicated at that
time that it was a high prioity.
It was given a task number of 35225.
On January 9, 2010 I sent a High Priority email
asking the status of this request.
I heard nothing back.
The task is still incomplete.
This was originally sent HIGH PRIORITY and that
has not changed.

Teresa, I proofread every letter that goes out to
our donors to make sure they are correct. I would
estimate that in paper alone we have gone through
about 1/2 ream of letterhead (which is in and of
itself spendier than regular paper) just in
re-printing letters that are dirty. In addition to
paper cost is the cost of our Accounting student's
time to re-run these letters every time. I just
now proofread another letter that was printed on
January 22, 2010 and am having to send it back
through for re-print.

Would you please personally put this as a HIGH
PRIOITY so that we can get this taken care of???

I am very sorry Teresa to have to be so blunt but
it is rediculous to say the least that it is
taking so long to get this problem taken care of.

Thanks, Teresa.

Jan

Re: 20071020[Edit Inv]

Printer "Mallard" located in Rm. 203 of the
Cottage is printing "dirty" copies. These are
marks that look like something had printed through
from a top page with indentations and ink. I have
a sample copy.

Please make this a HIGH priority because we print
receipt letters for all donations made to the WOU
Foundation from this printer.

Thank you.

****This is an email****
Task 35225 is a printer used extensively by our
accounting people to send out formal letters to
donors. The letters are getting worse. I would
refer to what I asked for in my email about it
but, along with much of my other sent mail, this
email is gone.

Please move this task to high priority.

Thank you.
