He will be in his office or in ITC 305 all
morning.  He'll have the laptop with him all the
time.  If no answer at the office phone, it's ok
to come into ITC 305.

the security is valid from 4/1/2009 til 4/1/2010,
but it's giving him an error anyway.  This happens
after he clicks "login" on the Cisco Clean Agent.
