She simply needs icons on her desktop to those applications when she logs onto the student computer. She also would like the I: drive changed. She would like there two be two folders when she opens the I: drive. One entitled 'creative_arts' (where all the current stuff in the I: drive will be dumped) and another folder entitled' 'box_office_assistant' which is for student use. One is Virtual Merchant, one is Box Office Junior and the other is Quiken. I would like to put those on the I: under student employee. It would be the only file that the student could get into.
