Installed ccleaner and cleared out the browser
cache. Her taskbar link was opening internet
explorer really slo but the regular desktop icon
worked fine, put another IE shortcut in the
taskbar and everything worked fine.  I told her if
she had anymore problems to call back.

when she tries to open her internet browser
sometimes it does not open right. and she has to
go to the end program option. but sometimes it
also does work just fine.
