windows updates, Malware bytes, defragmented,
Sophos scan.

says he would like someone to do a quick check to
make sure his machine is running fine and has all
things up to date. would like for someone to pick
his machine up this thursday and would like it
returned on the 28th.

says the mouse pointer is back, says it seems to
be working fine now but would like someone to

picked up times anytime this thursday and dropped
off before the 28th if possible.

called saying his mouse was not working, came over
we lend him another mouse but says it is not the
mouse. says nothing is working, none of the mouse
functions are working. 

is rebooting machine now.
