Marking the initial setup task as completed.  We
received the docking station and I installed it. 
She is experiencing issues with the laptop in
general.  The decision was made to have Richard
work with her to resolve things and probably
create a new image for her laptop.

Docking station has arrived and she has a shelf 
for her monitors.  Please set up dock with her 
peripherals and Dual monitors and then bring back 
her old CPU.  The dock is in box with power 
supply and Invoice on counter in ITC008

Waiting for docking station, which has been
ordered.  She intends to use the new laptop as a
desktop replacement.

There has been confusion regarding the old
equipment to be replaced.  I inadvertently took a
2005-series laptop; in reality, the machine being
replaced is WOU # 20030741 (Dell 4600).  Julia is
aware that this is indeed the machine we need to
take, but isn't ready to give it up at this time.
 Tricia has email documenting Julia's awareness of
this.  I will wait until my return on
approximately 2/15 to contact Julia again to
(hopefully) take the intended equipment.  Tricia
explained to me that it is possible for us to take
the new laptop back (to re-deploy), if Julia
decides she would rather have a desktop as her
replacement.  If we take the new laptop back,
we'll need to do so soon.  There is also a very
remote possibility that Julia may be able to
secure grant funding for a new desktop, as the
2005-series laptop was purchased through a grant.
