I'm marking this task as "on-hold" for the moment,
in case anything else develops.  I recovered the
[huge] folder from his old machine to his H:
drive.  I explained the benefits of using the H:
drive.  I also recovered his IE Favorites and
installed NJ Star, a freeware Chinese word
processing application.

This is a new computer W#20090736[Edit Inv] and monitor 
W#20090738[Edit Inv] for Neng Yang it is not GFA but 
replacing his exsisting station which may be 
repurposed in the ISS offices please talk with 
Ambre Plahn about disposition of his older 
computer, this will be on counter in ITC008 with 
Invoice and New Equip Form, Ambre Plahn can serve 
as a secondary point of contact
