Hi Teresa,


I completely forgot that we actually did need the 
Language pack for the new computers we just had 
installed a few weeks ago. Is it possible to get 
a ticket in for someone to come by and add this 
to all of our computers that were just delivered?

Ambre's old machine was reassigned to Patricia
Schilasky.  I took care of this installation.

Setup complete, with the exception of her printer
(which is broken) and Adobe Creative Suite 2
(scheduled for 1/7/10).  Neng will get Macromedia
Contribute 3 with CPS; Ambre will get Adobe
Creative Suite Premium 2.

Machine ghosted and Windows updates applied.

This is a new computer W#20090737 and monitor 
W#20090739 for Ambre Plahn it is not GFA but 
replacing his exsisting station which may be 
repurposed in the ISS offices please talk with 
Ambre Plahn about disposition of his older 
computer, this will be on counter in ITC008 with 
Invoice and New Equip Form
