I helped transfer all of his documents to his
laptop. It is a personal laptop and he wanted to
have his "My Documents" folder from his work
computer put onto his laptop. So i copied it all
and showed him how to use his flash drive to
transfer new documents as he makes them.

I went over and talked to him about it and i have
class soon so i told him i would meet him at 3:00.
So i will help transfer the files then.

Dr. Sil called back to say that he's available and
is in his office now.  I let him know that the
tech's have class and different schedule and
wasn't sure exactly when Jordan could get back to him.

Hey this is Jordan with the UCS. Im emailing you
in regards to your service request for
transferring data from your old computer. Im very
sorry it has taken this long to get to your task,
the new email system has been making things very
crazy around here. I swung by your office today
and noticed I just barely missed your office
hours. So I was wondering when the best time to
work on this would be? Again im very sorry for how
long its taken, and thank you very much for your
patience.

I swung by his office and wasn't there. But office

he is wondering if someone can help him transfer
his MY DOCUMENT-FILES, set up the desktop files
and also transfer from the old computer in his
office. his laptop is here at the helpdesk.
