he is saying that him and people in his office and
the myron in the landers lab said they are not
able to log into the Portal and it tells them that
their login or password are incorrect. but they
are able to log into the email just fine.

this is really important, because without the
portal working, then they are unable to read any
work orders for them to go fix.
