Bill, Michael and Teresa,
The student ID card system is still down.  A work 
order request and a couple calls have been made 
to the help line letting them know that it needed 
to be up for the start of winter term and it is 
still not ready to go.  We need to get this fixed 
as we have new students starting this term, 
replacement IDs and such - this is the busiest 
part of the term and we need to get it up and 
running.  Thanks for your help.

people are starting to come in asking for new ID cards

she has a program called identicard that needs to
be loaded onto the info desk computer. she said
when the workers try to log into the program on
the computer, it says it has encountered a problem
and will shut down.
