I called help desk a few minutes ago asking about
drafts from the old e-mail system that I couldn't
find in the new e-mail system. However, I just
discovered that you are running both systems
concurrently so I logged in to the old system and
found the drafts I was looking for so you can
cancel my request. Thanks for your help.

he said that he had some drafts in his email from
the old email server, and now that we switched to
the new email server and now all the drafts are
gone.he said now he only has two drafts, but the
rest are gone.
