I updated the machine and double checked software.
updated bios. Took it off of the dock. The machine
does not support the video she needs.

The re-imaging didn't work.  The computer is doing
all of the same problems.

Finished the image. Unfortunately she didn't have
all her stuff backed up but the machine was very
difficult to work with. This is why it needed an
image.

she is able to log into the laptop, but not into mash.
she would like for this to be worked on on monday,
and no one will be in the office tomorrow at all
