Hey this is Jordan with the UCS, I am emailing you
in regards to your service request for your
printer not printing. I was just over there and
fixed the printer again, it printed a backed up
print job. If the printer continues to do this,
what i did to fix it, is unplug the power cord
from the printer, then unplug the usb cable from
the printer and wait a few seconds, then replace
the power cord. When the printer is done powering
back on plug the usb back in and then it should
start working. If this becomes something that has
to be done constantly please let me know and i can
look more in depth into the problem.

the  computer are going back to the problem that
were happening before Jordan went over and fixed it.

just restarted the printer and printed a test
page, and then it started printing all of the
backed up print jobs.

Laser printer that is not recognizing any 
networks. Message saying “the printer is offline” 
appears. They have tried restarting it and the 
message still appears.
