fixed her issue. The old system did not transfer
vacations to the new one for her.

She's in the office all morning.  Kathy in the
special office (ED 220) can let a tech into her
office.  "Computer is sluggish, crashes
intermittently, and doesn't like IE."  I advised
her to use Firefox and got her to place a shortcut
to it on her desktop. (There wasn't one before).

Thunderbird is giving her fits that prevent her
from getting her vacation message.  Plus, the
computer is crashing intermittently.
