Actually, Brian Berkley came over and installed 
it a couple of days ago. So I don't need that 
service request anymore. Can you cancel it for me?

Hello,

I need to have BI Query installed on my machine.
Computer number 20050784[Edit Inv]. Don't know if I need to
be present or not during the installation. If so I
am a Mon-Fri 8am-4pm kind of person.
