she can log on to make ID cards, or even firefox. 
it is saying that she doesn't have permission to 
logon to that program either.

when she tries to log into the info desk computer.
she is unable to save any settings to it and she
gets a message when she opens her window "loading
or setting failed access denied". she said that it
was working before she went on break. and now it
is not working at all. she says that all of her
other co-workers work just fine still.
