her outlook address book is gone and she has no
contacts in her book. when she tries to add
contacts though, it says that her contacts are
already there and wont let her add them
she said that lance was there before and was
trying to copy it, but couldnt figure it out and
told her he was going to fine someone else who
knew how to do it, but she has not heard back since.
