The computer was not named and bound to the
network....it was still in workgroup RENAME. Fixed it.

The system can not log people on and it suggests 
making sure the usernames and passwords are 
correct. But when those who tried to logon to ref 
22 switched to another computer it they were able 
to log in fine. He tried his passwords and it 
still didn't work
