Hey Elliot,

I have been trying to reach you by phone but am
not sure of your office hours. This email is
concerning your macbook that I took at look at. I
talked with our mac person Richard and also with
Brian Berkley our windows administrator. They both
determined that the 10.3 is not capable of running
any of the apps needed for our mail server. Also
Firefox newer than version 2 cannot run on 10.3,
that is why the Firefox installed on your machine
does not run. If you have any questions please
email me back.

Task reassigned to Richard Kavanagh.

He is going to need his airport card updated. He
is using 10.3 or 10.4, don't recall. I left a vm
for him to drop it by so we can work on it. It is
a personal machine but he had approval from bill
during the summer but never brought it in. Special
request

called and left a voicemail for what time he is
available. 

says the hour glass pops up and his machine does
nothing and just freezes up. 

called to update and check up on the task.

Can not burn CDs. 

His laptop needs to be updated for wireless 
access. It seems that his internet browser is so 
out dated that he cant go out and find the 
updates.
