Hi Teresa,
The netbook is still gone.  Last month I called 
the help desk to inquire about the two netbooks 
that UCS had taken since that one had been gone 
since April 23rd.  I was told that both of the 
requests had been closed so Kevin re-opened 
them.  Two ucs student employees? both came over 
that day and they went looking for the netbooks 
at UCS and returned one of them.  I was told they 
were in their 'supervisors' office.  Not sure if 
that meant Adam or someone else.

We were just following up with you regarding a 
service request that we have (#35717).  It's 
actually assigned to a student but we have no 
name.  It was relating to a laptop (#20090249) 
that isn't loading profiles to the network.  We 
were just checking to see if you happen to know 
if this is something that we can still be of 
assistance with.

A latitude 2100 lil' Laptop can't log profiles 
onto the network. It is wireless and when one 
does put in a username and password, the user 
environment error message pops up; saying it 
can't connect to the network.
