Would you rather use Outlook now?

We have an application that will sync
calendars/mail with outlook and the new mail
server that is fairly reliable.

says when she has thunderbird open it often
freezes up on her and when she logs out and tries
to log back it, it will not.says the program will
not even open. says this happens a lot for the
last 3 days. 

says when it finally opens and lets her log in it
opens in multiple windows.
